Personally - My actual name is John Starke, not John Ploughman. John Ploughman is a reference to a book C. H. Spurgeon once wrote. My interests are Theology, Philosophy, the Bible, Music, Church History, reading the Puritans, and baseball. I am married to a beautiful woman named Jena who is widely famous for her cooking and baking skills. I am a father to a little girl named Corinne, and a little boy named Owen, with a little girl on the way named Noelle. I am on staff at The Council on Biblical Manhood and Womanhood.

Hello,
What if there was proof that the Bible was divinely inspired? What if the evidence for Biblical truth came from the last place you’d expect to find religious support?
There’s a book coming out this October that provides such evidence, and—shockingly enough—the source is science.
In THE GENESIS ENIGMA: Why the Bible is Scientifically Accurate, respected evolutionary biologist Andrew Parker seeks to cross the boundaries between the Genesis story and evolutionary theory by dissecting the parallels between the two accounts, piece by piece, to show that both sides are indeed compatible.
THE GENESIS ENGIMA has already stirred much discussion and recognition in the UK—The Daily Mail calls it “Jaw-dropping… an astounding work.” I’ve looked over your site and I really think your readers would be interested in this book. I’d love to send you a copy for review and/or set up a Q&A if possible.
Please let me know if you would like more information, or a copy of the book!
Best,
Liza

Hey I ran across your blog from Owen Strachan’s blog and I think you go to my dad’s church. I thought the title of your blog was neat b/c my wife has that book which does not have a publishing date but just a place, London. We think it may have been printed shortly after the time of Spurgeon. It is a neat looking book.

Hey Patrick,
I do go to Clifton! I have an old copy of the book from my wife’s grandfather. And I don’t know either when it was published.
Cheers!
